Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Friday that no progress has been made on land control issues during talks with Russia.
Zelensky added in statements to the French Press Agency that Washington and Moscow are asking Kyiv to abandon the Donbas region.
He pointed out that if a ceasefire is established, European forces should be deployed near the front lines to ensure stability and prevent renewed fighting.
