Washington: New Diplomatic Contacts Between Rubio and Lavrov After Trump-Putin Call

The U.S. State Department announced today, Sunday, that Secretary Marco Rubio had a phone call with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov to discuss the next steps following the call between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
