In a strange incident revealed by chance, Turkish police in Istanbul arrested a foreign young man yesterday, Friday, who is 20 years old, after it became clear that he was hiding a large quantity of drugs inside his stomach, weighing more than 400 grams!
According to Turkish media reports, the incident occurred in the Aksaray area of central Istanbul when a security patrol suspected a car whose driver suddenly changed direction upon seeing them, prompting the police to stop him.
The young man, identified by the initials "A. M", appeared nervous and acted suspiciously during the interrogation, which necessitated his transfer to a hospital for an X-ray examination.
The surprise was shocking: X-ray images revealed 101 pieces of methamphetamine inside his stomach, with a total weight of 433 grams!
After completing the legal procedures against him at the police station, the young man was officially detained and will be transferred to court later to face the charges against him.
