Trump: Trade talks with China are still on the right track.

US President Donald Trump said today, Thursday, that trade talks with China are still on the right track and in a good position, adding that he expects to visit China at some point.

In his remarks to reporters after a phone call with Chinese President Xi Jinping, he expects Xi to also visit the United States.

He added that US Trade Representative Jameson Greer, Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick will meet with senior Chinese officials.
