Trump: The Peace Council is one of the most important initiatives and today's meeting is the most significant of its kind

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that this is a "big day," referring to the participation of a large number of leaders in the Peace Council meetings.

Trump affirmed that achieving peace is "very difficult but we will achieve it," expressing his appreciation for the attending leaders and emphasizing that his relationship with them is "very good."

He described the Peace Council as one of the most important initiatives in which the United States participates, noting that today's meeting is the most significant of its kind. He pointed out that most world leaders agreed to join the council, while "there are leaders we do not wish to participate."

He added that the council was established for peace, reaffirming the joint effort to ensure a better future for the people of Gaza, the Middle East, and the entire world, concluding by stating that "nothing is more important than achieving peace, and the cost of wars is many times the cost of achieving it."
