U.S. President Donald Trump appeared on the cover of Time magazine in its new issue, which celebrated his role in reaching a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas. However, the photo chosen by the magazine upset him, as he considered it "the worst ever."
The cover showed Trump from a low and close angle, with a light white halo above his head, which the U.S. president interpreted as an attempt to hide his hair and add what looked like a "small floating crown."
In a comment posted on his platform "Truth Social," Trump said that the article written by the magazine was good, but he strongly criticized the photo, saying: "They hid my hair, then added something that looked like a small crown… I have never liked being photographed from low angles, and this photo is very bad and deserves criticism."
The famous American magazine titled its cover "His Victory," referring to Trump's success in brokering the agreement recently signed in Sharm El Sheikh, but the controversy over the photo overshadowed the content of the article, bringing attention back to the U.S. president's sensitivity regarding his public image.
