The Ministry of Administrative Development, in partnership with the Canadian Syrian Businessmen Association, launched the "Training Empowerment Project" on Saturday, selecting 30 employees to become the nucleus of future trainers. The ministry explained on its Telegram account that the trainees will undergo an intensive training program delivered by Dr. Wisam Al-Husseini, the Director of the MBA program at York University in Canada. The participating trainers will later train 500 government employees to become future trainers, ensuring the sustainability of the training impact and the expansion of capabilities. The project represents a new step towards enhancing national capacities, aiming to transfer knowledge and experience from Syrian expatriates to create real training opportunities for government cadres. The ministry invited interested individuals to register for the project through the directorates of administrative development in the provinces. The Ministry of Administrative Development had previously signed a memorandum of understanding with the Canadian Syrian Businessmen Association to enhance cooperation in capacity building and human resources development in Syria.
