The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia welcomed the announcement of the formation of the new Syrian government, expressing hope that this government will fulfill the aspirations of the Syrian people.

In a statement by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs published by the (SPA) agency on Sunday, March 30, the ministry expressed the Kingdom's desire to cooperate and work with the new Syrian government, reflecting the fraternal and historical relations between the two sisterly countries, and enhancing relations in all fields.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs also conveyed its best wishes to the new Syrian government for success and prosperity in achieving Syria's security, stability, and prosperity.
