The leak of the song "Halem" opens a new crisis between Mohamed Fouad and the production company

The crises between the Egyptian artist Mohamed Fouad and the production company he works with have resurfaced, following the leak of a new song in his voice titled "Halem", which caused a wide stir on social media and among his fans, prompting many to question the fate of the anticipated album and who is behind the leak.
The leaked song, which some believed to be from Fouad's new album currently in the works, later turned out to be part of a previous album that was ultimately retracted after severe disagreements between the artist and the production company.
* Details of the song and the unexpected leak
In his first comment on the crisis, the poet Tamer Hussein, who wrote the lyrics of the song, revealed in a post on his personal Facebook account that "Halem" is indeed his words, composed by Maden, and arranged by Ahmed Ibrahim.
He pointed out that the song was actually part of a previous album project for Mohamed Fouad, but it did not see the light of day due to the dispute with the production company.
Tamer Hussein confirmed that he waived the rights to the song in favor of the company or for artist Fouad, but he was surprised to see it leaked publicly on social media, which he considered a waste of the team's efforts without his knowledge or consent.
Tamer was keen to clarify that he has no connection to the current crisis, emphasizing that he is outside any dispute that may have arisen between the two parties.
* A lost album and many surprises
The roots of the crisis date back to a previous period when Mohamed Fouad contracted with a production company to release a new album consisting of 12 songs, collaborating with a selection of prominent poets and composers such as Rami Jamal, Tamer Hussein, Aziz Al-Shafie, and others.
However, things did not go as planned, as Fouad later decided to completely change the agreed-upon songs, which caused a severe dispute with the company, which viewed this as a significant loss after investing in preparing the album.
As a result, the contract was terminated, and the album, along with its songs, was granted to artist Omar Kamal, who recorded the songs in full and is preparing to release them soon.
However, the biggest surprise came with the leak of some of those songs again in the voice of Mohamed Fouad, notably the song "Halem", which sparked a new crisis and opened the door to many speculations about who is responsible for the leak and whether there is an ongoing hidden conflict between the two parties.
* What’s next?
So far, no official comment has been issued by the production company regarding the incident or the future of the song, at a time when Fouad's audience is demanding an urgent clarification.
The question remains:
Will "Halem" be officially released? Or will its fate remain in limbo amid the disputes?
