The Egyptian Football Association Supports Mohamed Salah Before the Ballon d'Or Ceremony

The Egyptian Football Association sent a message of support to the captain of the national team and Liverpool star Mohamed Salah, ahead of the Ballon d'Or 2025 ceremony scheduled for this evening, Monday, at the "Châtelet" theater in Paris.

The association published through its official account on the "X" platform a picture of Salah with a design featuring a crown, accompanied by the phrase: "You always deserve the best, all support to our team captain".

Salah is among the thirty candidates for the award presented by France Football, after an exceptional season in which he led Liverpool to win the English Premier League title for the twentieth time in its history. He also topped the league's scoring chart with 29 goals and was crowned as the best playmaker with 18 assists.

Media reports indicate that the competition this year is largely between Frenchman Ousmane Dembélé, the star of Paris Saint-Germain, and Spaniard Lamine Yamal, a winger for Barcelona, while Salah remains one of the top contenders thanks to his impressive statistics.
