Haykal clarified that this initiative is part of efforts to anticipate the cessation of American measures affecting the availability of certain digital services in Syria, aiming to restore Syrians' normal internet usage without the need for circumvention tools like proxies. The Minister of Communications pointed out that Syrians can request activation of needed services through a dedicated link, facilitating their access to these globally restricted services.
