Syria Receives Al-Shaddadi Base from American Forces

The Syrian official news agency "SANA" reported today, Sunday, that the Syrian Ministry of Defense has received the Al-Shaddadi military base in Al-Hasakah province, in coordination with American forces.

The agency mentioned that the base was located within areas under the influence of Kurdish forces, noting that this step comes after the United States announced last Thursday its withdrawal from the Al-Tanf base located at the Syrian border with Iraq and Jordan.
