The newspaper "Al-Watan" quoted an official source at the Syrian Grain Establishment branch in Homs as saying that the quantity of wheat marketed to the branch since the start of the receiving operations on May 25th until June 13th of the current month reached 8409 tons.

It was mentioned that 4647 tons were received at the Talkalakh center, 2274 tons at the Homs center, and 1488 tons at the Shanshar center.

The source pointed out that the receiving operations at the Talkalakh center started on May 15th, while the receiving operations at the Homs and Shanshar centers began at the beginning of the current month.
