Request to Arrest Israeli Soldiers Before the International Criminal Court for the Murder of the Child Hind Rajab in Gaza

The Hind Rajab Foundation submitted an official request to the International Criminal Court to issue arrest warrants against 24 Israeli soldiers and commanders involved in the murder of the Palestinian child Hind Rajab, and her rescuers from the Red Crescent team in the Gaza Strip.
The foundation stated that the submitted file includes 120 pages and contains evidence and testimonies proving the responsibility of those involved for the murder of Hind and 6 of her family members, in addition to the paramedics who tried to save her.
Expanding the Investigation
The foundation called for expanding the investigation to include what is known as:
"The Empire of Vampires Secret"
"Armored Battalion 52"
"Armored Brigade 401"
Due to their believed participation in the operation that led to the child's death last February in the city of Gaza.
War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity
According to what Hebrew media reported, the foundation confirmed in its appeal to the court that the actions represent war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide, according to the Rome Statute.
Parallel Criminal Proceedings
In parallel with the complaint filed in The Hague, criminal proceedings have been opened in other countries, including Argentina, against one of the soldiers from the involved tank crew, in a step aimed at holding accountable those responsible for the child's death.
