Putin reviews the results of his talks with Trump with the presidents of Kazakhstan and Belarus

Following his meeting with Trump in Alaska, the first U.S.-Russian summit in over 4 years, Putin briefed senior Kremlin officials on the latest developments on Saturday.
Putin informed senior Russian officials that the visit came at the right time and was "very beneficial," adding that he and Trump talked about the possibility of ending the war in Ukraine "on a fair basis." He emphasized the need to address the "root causes" of the crisis.
The press office of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko reported that Putin discussed what occurred in the Alaska talks.
The press office of Lukashenko added, "Putin informed his Belarusian counterpart in detail about the results of the recent U.S.-Russian summit."
Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's press office stated that the U.S.-Russian talks "helped the American side to better understand the Russian position on Ukraine."
