"Men of Dignity" movement confirms its cooperation with the new Syrian government.

Laith al-Balous, the head of the "Men of Dignity" movement in Sweida province, confirmed that the movement is working in coordination with the new Syrian government, emphasizing its rejection of any attempts to threaten Syria's security or undermine its unity.
In an exclusive interview with "Al Arabiya - Al Hadath" channel on Saturday, April 12, al-Balous stated that he had a meeting with the Syrian Defense Minister, Marhef Abu Qasra, discussing enhancing security measures in the province, considering the people of Sweida capable of maintaining security, and affirming that the movement will not compromise in defending Syria's stability and sovereignty.
Al-Balous emphasized the movement's adherence to the unity of Syrian territories and its rejection of any divisive projects, saying: "Syria is the homeland with no alternative."
These statements came days after al-Balous _who leads several armed factions affiliated with "Dignity Bloc"_ announced the United Nations' support for Syria's unity and the transitional political process, where the international organization expressed optimism about the new transitional government.
Al-Balous had met with the UN Special Envoy for Syria, Geir Pedersen, in Damascus last Wednesday evening, as part of a delegation from Sweida, upon an invitation from Pedersen's office.
