Israel Threatens to Strike Al-Qard Al-Hasan Offices in Lebanon

In a new escalation of events, the Israeli army warned residents of the southern suburbs of Beirut about potential consequences, announcing that it will target the offices of the Al-Qard Al-Hasan Association affiliated with Hezbollah across Lebanon.
The army spokesperson, Avichai Adraee, stated in a video posted on his "X" account that the attacks will target the infrastructure of the association, which is a central element in financing the party's activities.
The Israeli army urged residents to evacuate their homes immediately along specified routes, warning that Hezbollah "is dragging you into war for the benefit of the weak Iranian regime and making the residents pay the price."
These warnings came after Israel carried out airstrikes last week on branches of the Al-Qard Al-Hasan Association, which has 31 branches in Lebanon, particularly in the southern suburbs and southern regions, as part of its expanded strikes against Hezbollah.
Earlier today, Israel launched airstrikes on towns in southern Lebanon, while Hezbollah announced in seven separate statements that it targeted the Israeli town of Kiryat Shmona and Israeli forces in the areas of Adaisseh and Aitaroun, and also repelled an Israeli infantry landing operation in eastern Lebanon.
These events come after Lebanon became part of the ongoing war in the Middle East since March 2, following Hezbollah's attack on Israel in response to the assassination of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei at the beginning of the American-Israeli assault on Tehran.
In the meantime, the Lebanese government has approved a ban on the military activities of Hezbollah and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard on its territory, while around 500,000 Lebanese citizens have been displaced from the south and the suburbs, with approximately 400 deaths recorded due to Israeli airstrikes.
Events are escalating rapidly, and the southern suburbs are currently on edge amid exchanges of attacks between Israel and Hezbollah, while the world watches the transformations of the war in the heart of the Middle East.
