Israel Launches Strikes on Iran and the Iranian Army Threatens 'You Will Regret It'

On the tenth day of the war that erupted on February 28, 2026, the Israeli army intensified its attacks on Iranian territory, targeting the vital infrastructure of the Iranian regime.
The army announced in a brief statement published on Telegram the start of a new wave of strikes, which included ballistic missile launch platforms, headquarters of internal security forces, and the Basij, in addition to the Bandar Abbas airbase where violent explosions occurred.
The bombardment also hit several areas in Isfahan, Tehran, and Zanjan, including the 'Shahr-e Rey' area southwest of Tehran.
* 'You Will Regret It' .. Ongoing Iranian Threat
In response, the Iranian army reiterated its threats, asserting that Iran will make America and all enemies regret any aggression, under the command of the new leader Mostafa Khamenei.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced its loyalty to the Supreme Leader, indicating its readiness to continue the war and execute his orders, noting that Iranian missiles had previously targeted Israel, triggering alarm sirens in Kiryat Shmona and the Upper Galilee.
* Iranian Missiles and Drones Head Towards the Gulf
At the same time, Gulf states intercepted attacks from Iranian missiles and drones:
• Bahrain: A drone attack on Sitra Island resulted in 32 injuries.
• Qatar: Explosions were heard in Doha, and a missile attack was intercepted by the Ministry of Defense.
• Kuwait: The country faced a new attack with missiles and drones, with air defenses intercepting ballistic and cruise missiles.
Seven missiles and five drones fell in the country.
• Saudi Arabia: Two drones heading towards the Shaybah oil field in the southeast of the kingdom were intercepted.

The Israeli army expects the war on Iran to last at least one month according to what was published by the newspaper 'Yedioth Ahronoth', while U.S. President Donald Trump hinted that achieving objectives in Iran might take weeks.
For his part, U.S. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth threatened significant military escalation, affirming that 'the military operation is proceeding according to plan'.
In contrast, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard emphasized its readiness to continue the conflict for six months, confirming its full capabilities for the ongoing war.
