Samsung Galaxy Xcover 7 stands out in Samsung's current smartphone lineup with its removable 4,050 mAh battery and durable waterproof and drop-resistant design. Samsung is expected to launch a new version of the phone, Galaxy Xcover 7 Pro, which has been tested on "Geekbench" and certified by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor is expected to replace the Dimensity 6100+ processor in the Galaxy Xcover 7, offering stronger performance with Cortex-A715 cores running at high speeds and four efficient Cortex-A510 cores. Geekbench test results show that the new processor is 67% faster in single-core performance and 76% faster in multi-core performance compared to the previous processor. The FCC certification confirms that the phone will support NFC for contactless payments, as well as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, and 5G. Galaxy Xcover 7 Pro is expected to come with the One UI 7 user interface based on Android 15. The base variant of the phone will have 6GB of RAM, indicating it will be in the mid-range category at a reasonable price. Additionally, the phone will feature a 4,265 mAh battery, a 5% increase from the Galaxy Xcover 7 model. The final price and release date have not been confirmed yet.
