Al-Shaibani meets with the High Commissioner for Refugees of the United Nations

Today, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Asaad Al-Shaibani, met with Filippo Grandi, the High Commissioner for Refugees of the United Nations in Damascus.

Both sides emphasized the importance of supporting the efforts of the Syrian government in creating suitable conditions for the voluntary and safe return of refugees, and the need to intensify cooperation to ensure a dignified return that preserves the refugees' dignity and meets their basic needs.
