Galaxy S26 Ultra Leaks: The New S Pen Will Be Official and Simple

The latest leaks reveal that the upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra from Samsung may come with a change that could disappoint fans of the series, as the S Pen will abandon its full colors that matched the phone's color, in favor of a more formal and simple design.
According to the leaked images, the pen's colors will be limited to just the clickable tip, which will match the phone's frame, while the body of the pen itself will be either black or white, depending on the user's choice. This means that the popular feature of previous Ultra pens, which fully matched the phone's color, will not be available in this new generation.
While these four colors align with some previous leaks about the phone's colors, this move may be seen as a downgrade in user experience, especially with the expected high price of the Ultra model at launch.
Some analysts suggest that the reason may be to reduce costs, although this may seem unjustified.
This step comes after a series of reductions in S Pen features; last year, Samsung removed pen support from the Galaxy Z Fold 7, months after releasing the S Pen for the Galaxy S25 Ultra without its usual Bluetooth-supported features.
And while the removal of full colors may seem like a minor change, it represents a loss of one of the distinctive features of the Ultra model that users have loved for years.
