Expect strong winds in Syria exceeding 90 km/h next Wednesday.

The General Directorate of Meteorology announced expectations of strong winds on Wednesday, April 23rd, reaching speeds of over 90 kilometers per hour.
The Directorate, in a post on its official Facebook page, explained that the most affected areas will include the capital Damascus, as well as the southern, eastern, central regions, mountainous areas, and the desert, with the possibility of affecting parts of the coast.
It also warned that the strong winds may lead to dust storms, causing a decrease in horizontal visibility due to raised dust and dusty conditions, especially in Damascus and most inland areas.
