The El Gouna Film Festival Celebrates the Golden Jubilee of Yousra in its Eighth Edition

The eighth edition of the El Gouna Film Festival, which kicks off on Thursday, October 16, is preparing to hold a special celebration for the golden jubilee of the artist Yousra, in recognition of her rich artistic career that has spanned half a century.
In this context, the festival management announced through an official statement published on its pages and official accounts on social media platforms, the organization of a special art exhibition showcasing her most significant creative milestones, which will take place on Friday, October 17, as part of the cultural and artistic program accompanying the festival.
The exhibition will present a comprehensive artistic journey through a distinctive collection of promotional posters for her most famous films, along with rare photos and clips from her cinematic and television works that "have left their mark in the history of Arab art," celebrating "a career that extends over half a century of continuous giving."
The opening of the exhibition is expected to witness a notable presence of artistic and media figures, led by several of Yousra's close friends, including Elham Shaheen, Hala Sedky, Mahmoud Hemida, and other stars who have accompanied her journey.
Yousra celebrates this anniversary with an impressive artistic portfolio "that includes more than 150 diverse works, ranging from cinema to television drama, in addition to limited participation in theater." This journey has formed solid artistic partnerships, as "she has starred alongside icons of Egyptian cinema such as Adel Imam, Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Nour El Sherif, Ahmed Zaki, and others."
Her career has also witnessed collaborations with the most prominent creators in the Arab world, "with a selection of major directors and writers, including Youssef Chahine, Ali Badar Khan, Yahya Al-Alami, Wahid Hamed, Ihsan Abdel Quddous, Ashraf Fahmy, Raafat El Mehy, and others."
