In a horrific crime that shook the Dakahlia Governorate, a young man killed his father and burned his body inside an agricultural land with the help of his friend, on the first days of Ramadan, due to a dispute over selling livestock. The details of the crime began when the security authorities in Dakahlia Governorate received a report of finding a charred body inside an agricultural land between the villages of Qarqira and Al-Shaala in the city of Sanbalaween. Immediately, a search team was formed to uncover the circumstances of the incident. During the initial investigations, it was revealed that the body belonged to a man named "Ezzat S. A.", who was in his fifties and resided in the village of Meet Ghurab. However, the shocking surprise was that the killer was not a stranger, but his closest person: his own son! The investigations revealed that the young man had a serious dispute with his father over the sale of some livestock they owned, which led him to make a shocking decision to end his father's life. He did not act alone in his crime but enlisted the help of a friend to execute his plan. After committing the murder, the two carried the body to an agricultural land, set it on fire in an attempt to conceal the victim's identity, and get rid of any evidence that could incriminate them. The arrest of the suspect did not take long, as the security forces managed to apprehend him, and upon confrontation, he confessed to all the details of the crime, confirming his friend's involvement in its execution. Currently, the prosecution is conducting extensive investigations into the case amid a state of shock and anger among the residents of the area, who could not believe that a young man could reach such a level of brutality against his father, especially during the holy month of Ramadan!
