British couple Peter and Barbie Reynolds freed from the Taliban after months in captivity

Informed sources announced to Reuters today, Friday September 19, 2025, that the Taliban in Afghanistan released the British couple Peter and Barbie Reynolds, who had been held since February of last year, after Qatari mediation that airlifted them to the Qatari capital, Doha.
