Axios: Technical negotiations are ongoing and their resolution depends on the arrival of Witkoff and Kushner in Sharm El Sheikh

Axios reported, citing American and Israeli officials, today Tuesday, that the last round of negotiations regarding the Gaza file was characterized by a technical nature, focusing on bridging the remaining gaps between the parties.  

The sources clarified that the decisive point will only be achieved with the arrival of American envoy Steve Witkoff and President Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner in Sharm El Sheikh, where they are expected to play a direct role in bringing the viewpoints closer.  

Axios also reported from two informed sources that Witkoff provided participants with a briefing on the course of indirect negotiations between Israel and Hamas, in addition to reviewing the recent messages from Qatari, Egyptian, and Turkish mediators.  

These developments come at a time when regional and international efforts are intensifying to reach a comprehensive agreement during this week, despite doubts about the feasibility of achieving that within the specified timeframe.
