Attacking Netanyahu Regarding the Gaza War .. Steve Bannon: Israel is "a protectorate, not a leader"

Steve Bannon, the chief advisor to former U.S. President Donald Trump and a leader in the "MAGA" movement, made controversial statements in which he considered that Israel is not a leader but rather "a protectorate," calling for an end to what he described as "the lies" associated with the war in Gaza.
Bannon stated in circulated remarks: "Netanyahu can cry and twist the words out of context, but the truth is clear: Israel is a protectorate and is not the leader or the decision-maker."
He added: "America First means no more lies about Iran, and no more dragging the United States into the Gaza war," addressing Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu by saying: "We have moved past the lies.. end what you started."
These statements coincide with previous criticisms from former U.S. President Donald Trump, who warned that the continuation of the war in Gaza harms Israel's image globally, affirming that "Israel may achieve a military victory but will not win in the field of public relations."
This comes at a time when a survey by the "Pew" Research Center showed a decline in American public support for Israel, especially among young Republicans under fifty, where the percentage of negative views towards it rose from 35% in 2022 to 50% last March.
