According to Al Arabiya Net, "Magnesium plays a key role in promoting restful sleep, and consuming an adequate amount of magnesium through diet and supplements helps enhance good sleep." The foods are as follows: 1. Almonds: A handful of almonds contains about 80mg of magnesium. 2. Spinach: One cup of cooked spinach contains about 157mg of magnesium. 3. Pumpkin seeds: Pumpkin seeds contain about 150mg of magnesium per 30 grams. 4. Avocado: A medium-sized avocado contains about 58mg of magnesium. 5. Banana: A medium-sized banana provides about 32mg of magnesium. 6. Dark chocolate: Dark chocolate is rich in magnesium and can help relax and improve sleep quality. 7. Chia seeds: About 28 grams of chia seeds provide around 111mg of magnesium. 8. Oats: One cup of cooked oats provides about 61mg of magnesium. 9. Yogurt: Yogurt is rich in magnesium and helps improve sleep by relaxing muscles and regulating the body's biological clock. 10. Papaya: Each medium-sized papaya contains about 21mg of magnesium.
