In Qena: an unfinished farewell, and two siblings meet in the grip of harsh fate.

In a tragic incident that shook the village of Abnoud in Qena city, Qena governorate, a young man died in a car accident while on his way to receive the body of his older brother who had passed away due to kidney failure. The story began when Hamada Mohamed El-Dabaa, the young man residing in the village, received a call informing him of the death of his brother, Youssef, who was receiving treatment at a private medical center. Hamada didn't hesitate to go with two friends to receive the body, but the journey was not a fortunate one for them! While traveling in a car on their way to the medical center to receive the body, they were involved in a terrible accident, where the car flipped into the Kalabia canal in the village. Hamada died on the spot, while his friends were seriously injured and were taken to the hospital. Upon receiving the report, rescue forces and ambulances rushed to the scene of the accident, the body of Hamada was retrieved, and the injured were transported for treatment. It didn't take long before the villagers gathered in a state of deep sorrow, rushing to receive the bodies of the two brothers in a solemn scene, to hold their funerals together. They were buried in one grave, to be together in their final moments, in a painful image that reflects the extent of the village's grief over the fate of the two brothers who departed at the same time.
