Minister of Transport, Yaroub Badr, categorically denied the validity of the circulated memo on social media, which specifies the fares for internal transportation and buses at 1000 Syrian pounds for students and 2000 pounds for citizens, confirming that this memo is completely forged and has no relation to the ministry.

The minister clarified that he has no knowledge of the circulated document, which is entirely fake in terms of content and the attributed signature, warning against falling for rumors that are spread without verification, especially those attributed to official entities.

Badr emphasized that any official decision or memo issued by the Ministry of Transport will be announced exclusively through official media channels, in addition to direct publication on the ministry's website to ensure transparency and deliver information from a reliable source.
