The President of the Syrian Civil Aviation Authority, Ashhad Al-Salibi, met today, Friday, with representatives of international humanitarian organizations concerned with refugee issues to enhance cooperation and coordination to support the return of Syrian refugees from around the world to Syrian airports.

The meeting focused on facilitating technical and logistical procedures to ensure a safe and dignified return for them.

The meeting also discussed mechanisms to facilitate the arrival of humanitarian aid through Syrian airports, and launched a humanitarian initiative to operate dedicated flights to support the affected, reflecting Syria's commitment to providing humanitarian support and alleviating the suffering of refugees.
