The international coalition carries out two airstrikes in northern Idlib, killing suspected members affiliated with "Guardians of Religion."

Today, Tuesday, June 10, drones belonging to the international coalition carried out two separate airstrikes targeting locations in northern Idlib countryside, resulting in the killing of individuals suspected to be affiliated with jihadist groups, according to local sources.
The first strike focused on a motorcycle on the outskirts of Dana city, resulting in the death of two individuals on board. The identities of the victims have not been officially announced, but field sources indicated that they were "likely members of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham."
Approximately half an hour after the first strike, a coalition drone launched an attack on a civilian car near the al-Karama camps in the vicinity of the border city of Atmeh with Turkey. Local activists reported that the aircraft fired "5 missiles" before completely hitting the target, destroying the vehicle and killing all those inside. The identities of the deceased have not been officially disclosed, but field sources also suggested they were members of "Hayat Tahrir al-Sham."
These airstrikes are part of the ongoing campaign by the international coalition against remaining "Al-Qaeda" cells and its affiliates in Syria, including "Hayat Tahrir al-Sham," despite the group announcing its dissolution last January. These strikes are considered part of the coalition's "high-precision" strategy to target jihadist elements in northwestern Syria.
