The Internal Security in Al-Bab Arrests Zuhair Abdul Hai and Four Collaborators for Crimes and Impersonation of Official Identities

The Internal Security Directorate in the Al-Bab area of Aleppo countryside announced today, Wednesday, the arrest of the criminal Zuhair Abdul Hai, one of the prominent aides of the so-called Ruslan Ali Ruslan, the former head of the military security branch in the city of Aleppo during the rule of the fallen regime, after his involvement in a series of crimes against civilians.

Investigations revealed that Abdul Hai recently impersonated an internal security officer and participated in organizing smuggling operations towards areas controlled by "SDF", in collaboration with four other individuals who were also arrested after being proven to be involved in committing criminal acts and impersonating security identities.

All accused individuals have been referred to the competent judiciary to follow up on their trial according to legal procedures, as part of the efforts of security agencies to control criminal networks and hold accountable those involved in violations against citizens, and to enhance security and stability in the region.
