According to the administration, as reported by "SANA," Ali Ahmed Aboud, known as Abu Maala, was arrested, known for his involvement in committing war crimes.
The administration stated that "the detainee has been involved in killings, torture, extortion, and displacement of the residents of Halfaya and neighboring villages, and his actions have resulted in the loss of many innocent lives in those areas."
