The Syrian women's national football team will face their Lebanese counterpart for the title of the West Asian Championship.

The Prince Saud bin Jalawi Stadium in Dammam city will host the final match of the West Asia U-17 Girls' Football Championship today at 7:30 PM on 16/02/2025. The match will feature the Syrian national team against their Lebanese counterpart in a competition for the fifth championship title.
Prior to the final match, at 3:30 PM today, there will be a match for the third and fourth places between the Jordanian and Bahraini national teams.
The Syrian U-17 girls' team reached the final after defeating the Jordanian team in a penalty shootout of 7-6 following a goalless draw, while the Lebanese team qualified after a 3-0 victory over Bahrain.
It is worth mentioning that the Lebanese team won the championship in the second and third editions, and is now competing for its third title, while the Syrian team is playing to defend their title from the last championship held in Jordan at the end of 2023.
