Al-Shar'a pointed out that Damascus, which was bleeding under suffering, regained its splendor after the sun of victory rose, as Syrians celebrated the clear triumph and the liberation of the oppressed. He added that the Syrian victory was characterized by justice and mercy, far from destruction and devastation, despite its military nature.
Al-Shar'a also highlighted that the upcoming challenges are no less important than the battle for liberation. Today, Syria needs to fill the power vacuum, maintain civil peace, build state institutions, develop the economy, and regain its status regionally and internationally. He stressed that the determination shown by Syrians in the liberation march must continue in rebuilding the country and constructing a prosperous future.
