Sudden arrest due to an online comment... The story that shocked Britain!

In an incident that sparked widespread controversy in Britain, a couple found themselves under arrest and detention for 11 hours simply because they publicly questioned the hiring procedures at their daughter's school. The story began when the father inquired about the reason for not opening the application process for the position of headteacher at "Cowthie Field" Elementary School in Budehovood, after the previous headteacher retired six months ago, but the school administration ignored his inquiries, prompting him to raise them on social media, later joined by his wife in the discussion. The situation did not go smoothly, as the school considered their posts to be inciting, issuing a public warning to parents to maintain the stability of the school environment. The escalation did not stop there, as the couple was banned from entering the school, depriving them of attending parent meetings and even their daughter's Christmas event. As time passed, tensions between the family and the school escalated, especially since the child suffers from epilepsy and requires special care, necessitating continuous communication with the administration. In December, the family received an official warning from the police not to communicate with the school, which recommended transferring the child to another educational institution, which indeed happened in January. However, the matter did not end there, as on February 29, the family was surprised by a violent knock on their door, where a force of six police officers stormed the house and arrested the parents on charges of "harassment and malicious communication," based on a report from the school. The most shocking part was that the arrest took place in front of their three-year-old daughter, who was terrified. The investigation into the case lasted five weeks, before the police announced dropping the charges, confirming that the evidence was insufficient to proceed with legal action. While the school administration justified its stance by stating that they received "a large number of disturbing messages and posts," the incident sparked a wave of anger, with many seeing it as a violation of freedom of expression and raising questions about how educational institutions deal with parents.
