Multiple People Injured in Chicago Shooting as Police Follow Details

Several people were injured in a shooting incident on Wednesday, June 2, in the American city of Chicago, as announced by the local police on Thursday.
Officer Julio Garcia from the Chicago Police Department confirmed that "the police will provide additional updates as they become available," indicating that investigations are still ongoing.
Meanwhile, Chris King, spokesperson for Northwestern Medicine, stated that the emergency department is assessing the injured, but was unable to provide any details on the number of people transported to the hospital or their conditions.
Authorities have not yet disclosed further details, including the exact number of injured individuals or the specific location of the incident.
This incident comes days after a violent event in Idaho, where authorities found a man's body in the Canfield Mountain area in the northwest United States, as announced by the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office.
A statement released by the county sheriff stated: "Tonight, SWAT team members found a deceased man on Canfield Mountain," noting that "a firearm was found nearby."
The statement added that the lockdown order imposed on residents during the confrontation between security forces and armed individuals "will be lifted."
It is worth noting that the incident followed the killing of two firefighters by armed individuals while they were battling a fire in the northern part of the state, as previously announced by county authorities.
