Shooting at a rural club in New Hampshire and orders issued for residents to stay in their homes

Several people were injured in a shooting on Saturday evening local time, in an incident announced by the New Hampshire State Police.

According to the official statement, the incident occurred at the "Sky Meadow Country Club" in Nashua. The police indicated that "two suspects fled the scene, and one of them was arrested while the other remains at large".

Given that the city of Nashua is located about 70 kilometers northwest of Boston directly on the Massachusetts state line, the effects of the incident extended to the neighboring state. The city of Dunstable in Massachusetts, which borders Nashua, issued an urgent warning "ordering residents to stay inside their homes" in anticipation of any developments.

Investigations are still ongoing to determine the circumstances of the incident and to pursue the second fleeing suspect.
