Sherine Abdel Wahab Undergoes Long-term Psychological Treatment in Switzerland Away from the Spotlight

Media reports revealed on Sunday that Egyptian artist Sherine Abdel Wahab is undergoing psychological treatment at a specialized hospital in Switzerland, following a series of crises she has faced recently.

Sources indicated that Sherine is currently staying in the hospital accompanied by two of her close friends, while her daughters are living with their father, composer Mohamed Mustafa, until her health stabilizes and she returns to normal life.

According to circulating information, the artist does not use her mobile phone during her recovery period, as she lives in isolation from the outside world as part of a treatment program aimed at helping her achieve full recovery from psychological pressures. Estimates suggest that the treatment period may extend between 6 to 7 months before she gradually resumes her artistic activities.

In contrast, Sherine's brother stated in press remarks that he does not know the details of her treatment journey or her place of residence, simply saying: "I have no information about her."

Sherine had issued an official statement through her verified accounts on social media platforms, denying reports about her participation in a joint concert with artist Fadel Shaker in Dubai next October, confirming that any announcement regarding her concerts will be made exclusively through her official pages.
