Bollywood star Shahrukh Khan is stepping into the world of fashion in an unprecedented move, expected to be the first Bollywood actor to participate in the "Met Gala 2025" event, scheduled to take place on May 5th at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

This historic appearance will give him the opportunity to climb the famous stairs of the event, considered the foremost global platform for fashion and arts.

According to sources, Shahrukh Khan will showcase a distinctive look by Indian designer Shalina Nathani, whose name has been associated with the star in previous events, most notably his appearance at the IIFA 2025 awards.

His participation comes within this year's theme titled "Fine: Black Elegance Tailored," honoring the legacy of black designers and their contributions to the fashion industry.

The current edition's slogan "Designed for You" aligns with the event's focus on highlighting men's fashion and unique detailed suits.

Shahrukh Khan is known for his clear interest in jewelry and fashion, from luxurious earrings and necklaces to pieces carrying cultural significance like the "Bengal Tiger."

Fans are eagerly anticipating his bold choices that may add an exceptional touch to his presence at this global event.

It is worth mentioning that the "Met Gala" is organized annually by the Fashion Institute, bringing together a mix of celebrities and designers in an artistic tableau blending creativity and heritage.
