The President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Ahmed Al-Shar'a, issued Decree No. 102 of 2025, stipulating a 200% increase in salaries and fixed wages for civilian and military workers in ministries, departments, public institutions, companies, public sector facilities, all administrative units, public sector entities, as well as joint sector entities where the state's contribution is not less than 50% of their capital.

Similarly, the President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Ahmed Al-Shar'a, issued Decree No. 103 of 2025 granting retirees covered by the effective insurance, pension, and social insurance laws a 200% increase in their current retirement pensions as of the date of this decree.
