Netanyahu to Visit Washington Next Week

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed today, Tuesday, that he will travel to the United States next week to meet with President Donald Trump and other senior officials.
At the beginning of the cabinet meeting, Netanyahu said: "I am expected to leave for the United States next week for meetings with President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, National Security Advisor John Bolton, Defense Secretary Mark Esper, Middle East envoy Jason Greenblatt, and the Trade Secretary."
He noted that "we have some issues to resolve before that visit, to reach a trade agreement, among other issues," stating that he will also hold meetings with the leaders of the House and Senate, in addition to "security meetings that I will not delve into the details of now."
He added: "These meetings come in the wake of the great victory we achieved in the 'Rising Eagle' operation," emphasizing that "exploiting success is no less important than achieving it."
