Minister of Public Works and Housing, Engineer Mustafa Abdul Razzaq, discussed with the President of the General Authority for Inspection and Audit, Engineer Amer Al-Ali, ways to enhance cooperation between the two sides to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and reduce administrative deviations.

This came during a meeting held at the ministry's building, where the two parties discussed "the work reality of the inspection and audit directorate in the ministry", and ways to develop its organizational structure to enable it to perform its tasks efficiently, especially in the areas of monitoring and accountability.

The Ministry of Public Works and Housing affirmed in a statement published on its official "Telegram" channel that the meeting focused on "mechanisms to develop the functional structure of the directorate within the organizational structure, enabling it to carry out its tasks effectively".

At the end of the meeting, the two sides agreed to "hold joint technical working sessions" between the authority and the directorate to discuss procedural details, unify regulatory concepts, exchange experiences, and activate joint periodic inspection tours to enhance oversight and accountability.
