The Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, said that Israel is seeking genuine efforts regarding Iran's nuclear capabilities during today's meeting between European and Iranian ministers, not just another round of talks.

Danon told reporters at the United Nations, "We have witnessed diplomatic talks over the past few decades, and we look at their results... If genuine efforts are made to dismantle Iran's capabilities, that is something we can consider, but if it's more like another session of discussions, it will not succeed."

He continued, "If it's just another round of talks, that is something we cannot accept."
