Scientist Svetlana Sazonova, designer of the lunar nuclear reactor project at the Russian National Research University, stated that installing a nuclear power station on the moon will take less than two months.

The scientist indicates that special robotic units are supposed to be used to build the nuclear power station on the moon.

She says: "These robotic units are necessary for compacting the soil, installing titanium shelves, transporting soil to the waste dump near the construction site. These units are designed to pour prepared soil according to the design, tighten the fabric, apply thermal insulation, and more. The total construction period, according to our estimates, is 54 days".

According to her, this is the time required to install the nuclear power station, excluding the time to deliver all its units and parts to the moon.
