The Spanish Public Prosecutor's Office has requested a 15-and-a-half-year prison sentence for the former president of the Spanish Football Federation, "Ángel María Villar," in the "Soule" case involving contract purchases between 2007 and 2017, allegedly causing losses of around 4.5 million euros to the sports institution. The Public Prosecutor's Office has filed charges against eight individuals involved in the case, including Villar's son, Gorka, whom they seek to imprison for seven years. Additionally, the prosecution demands a compensation of 3.8 million euros from Villar and his son in favor of the Spanish Football Federation. Villar, who also served as a vice president of FIFA, faces charges of unfair administration, commercial corruption, embezzlement, and forgery of commercial documents. The prosecution also seeks a fine of approximately one million euros.
