Barcelona will play against Real Madrid in the final of the Copa del Rey tonight, Saturday evening, at La Cartuja Stadium in Seville, in a classic that will be the third for Koeman against Los Blancos in his first season with the Blaugrana. Koeman aims to achieve victory over Real Madrid and win the Copa del Rey title, following in the footsteps of Pep Guardiola to become the second coach to win the first three Clasicos in Barca's history, as Pep did between 2008 and 2010. Koeman previously won the Clasico against Real Madrid with a 4-0 victory in the first round of La Liga at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium. The German coach repeated the victory over Real Madrid again in the Spanish Super Cup final in Saudi Arabia, winning his first title with the Blaugrana. Koeman will have the opportunity to break Guardiola's record if he succeeds in defeating Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey final and then winning against them in the return Clasico in May at Montjuic in the league.
