Al-Roz Production Company has announced the start of filming the new dramatic series "Kayan," written by Zain Al-Din Jubour and directed by Rashad Kawkash, featuring prominent Syrian actors such as Sahar Fawzi, Raghad Hashem, Dana Jubr, Ali Kareem, Jamal Al-Ali, Hamada Salim, Raed Musharraf, Walid Al-Roz, and Munis Marwa, in addition to other actors.

The series consists of three parts that combine connection and separation in their plot, taking the audience from the framework of social drama to the world of suspense, excitement, and police chases, presenting realistic stories in a distinctive artistic style.

In a special statement to "Al-Watan" newspaper, director Rashad Kawkash revealed that the first part of the series addresses an important social issue, which is neglecting the upbringing of children and not caring about building their future or enhancing their social relationships, leading to family and social disintegration, especially when parents are indifferent. The father is portrayed as addicted to snuff and gambling, while the mother is preoccupied with folk arts and dance, creating a fertile environment for the deviation of children.

Kawkash added that filming has begun in Damascus, and it is expected to be completed soon in preparation for competition in the upcoming Ramadan season, expressing hope that the series will resonate positively with the audience, especially with its dramatic conflicts and intriguing events.
