The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today, Saturday, that Chinese Vice Premier Hu Chunhua will visit Britain between the 8th and 13th of June.
The ministry mentioned that the first meeting of the economic and trade consultations mechanism between China and the United States will be held during the visit.
Hu led the Chinese delegation in the first round of trade talks in May.
US President Donald Trump said on Friday that Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer, and Trade Representative James Green will represent the United States in the talks.
